China receives first spot LNG cargo from Angola before Africa plant begins shutdown

China has received its first spot cargo of LNG from Angola at the Fujian LNG import terminal operated by China National Offshore Oil Corp. before the Southwest African plant begins a long maintenance shutdown following its belated start-up.
