Shell and PetroChina CSG-to-LNG project in Australia shows some signs of life

A much-delayed Royal Dutch Shell and PetroChina LNG joint venture in Australia has received environmental approval from the State of Queensland for a coal-seam-gas-to-LNG plant on Curtis Island near the port of Gladstone.
