Why Swedish fleet owner is saying Rule Britannia for flagging of LNG carriers

The Swedish Stena Group said two carriers in its small LNG fleet  operated by Stena LNG  will be moved to the UK register and carry Britain's Red Ensign merchant navy flag after previously carrying the flag of Panama.
