Sultanate of Oman formally merges two LNG companies into $5Bln a year business

Oman LNG and Qalhat LNG, the two separate liquefaction companies of the Sultanate of Oman, have formally merged from September 1 and will operate as one company known as Oman LNG to achieve new economies of scale.
