Anadarko Petroleum Corp. said it entered into an agreement with ONGC Videsh Ltd. of India to sell a 10 percent interest in its Mozambique's Offshore Area 1 exploration licence, whose feed-gas will be part of one of the world's largest ever LNG projects, for $2.64 billion in cash.
