US companies complete early engineering for Jordan Cove LNG project in Northwest

US companies Black & Veatch and Kiewit have completed the front-end engineering and design work and pre-construction planning for the Jordan Cove liquefaction project to be located in Coos Bay in the Pacific Northwest state of Oregon.
