Canadian LNG export projects now number seven after latest BC licence application

The Canadian National Energy Board has received yet another application for an LNG export plant. This time it has come from small-scale operator Woodfibre Natural Gas Ltd. that plans to construct a liquefaction plant with just over 2 million tonnes per annum of capacity.
