Nigeria comes back from the brink after shipping agency says exports can flow

Nigeria came back from the brink of losing its LNG producer credibility after the Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency said that Nigeria LNG exports, blocked for three weeks and costing $500 million in revenue, would flow again.
