Federal court in Lagos refuses to renew restraint order in favour of Nigeria LNG

A Nigerian Federal Court in Lagos refused to renew an order in favour of  Nigeria LNG  restraining the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) from detaining its vessels over failure to pay statutory charges to the Federal Government.
