Nigeria LNG awaits court ruling in dispute with marine agency over cargo levies

The Nigerian Federal Court may make a second ruling soon on a dispute between Nigeria LNG and the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency over the blockading of a loading bay at the Bonny Island liquefaction plant on the Niger Delta.
