Nigeria LNG declares third 'force majeure' of 2013 as blockade by naval unit continues

Nigeria LNG has declared its third "force majeure" of 2013, this time because of a continued blockade of its LNG loading jetty by the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency in a dispute over revenues and freight levies.
