Novatek sells Chinese energy company stake in Russian Yamal LNG project

Novatek, the second-largest Russian natural gas producer after Gazprom, has signed an agreement to bring China National Petroleum Corp. into the Yamal LNG project in Russia's Arctic region and will also receive Chinese project financing.
