Vitol signs major Russian LNG agreement with Rosneft in presence of President Putin

Russian energy company Rosneft said that Swiss-based and Dutch-owned commodities trading company Vitol will be a major strategic buyer of LNG from a liquefaction project Rosneft is planning in the Russian Far East.
