Shell counts financial cost after latest events at Nigeria LNG plant affect cargoes

Royal Dutch Shell has formally lifted its latest "force majeure" on the Nigeria LNG plant at Bonny Island caused by sabotage to facilities that in the last few years has cost the country more than 10 percent of its LNG output and is expected to cost even more in 2013.
