THIS WEEK: Future of UK shale-gas and possible impact on European LNG market

The technically recoverable shale-gas resources of the UK are estimated at 26 trillion cubic feet, enough to feed a reasonably-sized LNG export project, but with extremely high costs and with access difficulties in legal and regulatory terms.
