Rival Papua New Guinea LNG projects may be merged under ExxonMobil leadership

InterOil Corp. and its joint venture partner Pacific LNG Group have entered into exclusive negotiations with ExxonMobil that could see the US major's Papua New Guinea LNG project amalgamated with the stalled Gulf LNG venture in the Oceania nation.
