US report says LNG exports are unlikely to exceed surging pipeline supplies to Mexico

A new report on the impact of US LNG exports suggests that the multiple liquefaction projects under development on the Gulf Coast and elsewhere are unlikely to have a large impact on domestic prices, and indeed net pipeline exports to Mexico after 2020 will exceed net US LNG exports.
