Shell declares Nigeria LNG force majeure after two-month shutdown already in 2013

Royal Dutch Shell has again declared "force majeure" on feed-gas supply to the troubled Nigeria LNG plant at Bonny Island, disrupting plans to deliver more spot cargoes to Asia.
