Egypt and Qatar finalize LNG cargo swap deal to help tackle debt and energy crisis

Egypt is negotiating to finalize a swap deal involving LNG cargoes from Qatar and its own domestic natural gas output governed by production sharing agreements as a way of retaining the credit status of the Egyptians in international energy markets.
