Petronas finalizes Japanese stake in Canadian Pacific NorthWest LNG project

The Petronas Pacific NorthWest LNG project in Canada has completed the transaction that sees Japan Petroleum Exploration Co. take a stake in the venture's Montney Shale feed-gas assets and the planned liquefaction plant.
