Petronas ups bid for Malaysia International Shipping Corp and its 27 LNG carriers

Petronas, the Malaysian state energy company, raised its offer for all the shares it doesn't already own in Malaysia International Shipping Corp. in a move to delist the operator of 27 LNG carriers from the stock exchange to complete its overhaul.
