Dominion signs Japanese and Indian LNG liquefaction deals and contract to build plant

Dominion of the US said it had signed liquefaction service agreements with major LNG buyers and also signed an engineering contract to transform its Cove Point LNG import terminal in Maryland into a liquefaction plant to export gas from areas such as the Marcellus shale.
