Australian developer of US LNG export project signs lease linked to permit approval

The Australian developer of the Magnolia US LNG export project in Louisiana has signed a site lease agreement with the Lake Charles Harbour and Terminal District Authority that gives it time to acquire all regulatory permits for its planned liquefaction plant.
