Japanese consortium and Gazprom agree Vladivostok LNG development key terms

The Japanese consortium involved in the planned Vladivostok LNG project with Gazprom have finalized participation terms for a liquefaction plant on the Russian Pacific coast that will cost at least $15 billion in first-phase development, officials said.
