UK to rely on LNG after 2015 on falling gas output and rejection of coal and shale gas

The UK is heading for reliance on LNG after 2015 for gas-fired power and to meet increased domestic demand as coal-fired plants close, North Sea gas production ebbs away and shale-gas exploration and production fails to take off.
