Japanese pitch to Qatar for lower LNG prices raises question of what is on offer

The Japanese government has appealed at a meeting in Tokyo for its largest LNG supplier, Qatar, to lower prices as the Japanese bill for the fuel goes ever higher as a replacement for lost nuclear power generating capacity since the Fukushima disaster two years ago.
