BP signs US export deal with Freeport LNG in Texas to fill gap in its supply portfolio

The Freeport US LNG export plant in Texas being developed by oil tycoon Michael Smith signed a binding 20-year liquefaction tolling agreement with BP for 4.4 million tonnes per annum of cargoes, filling a gap in the UK major's portfolio.
