Malaysian LNG output declines before forecast surge to 30 million tonnes by 2017

LNG exports from one of the leading producers, Malaysia, declined almost 3 percent last year as the country awaits the development of other liquefaction projects and also increases its own regasification capabilities to boost domestic supplies.
