EDF Trading to cooperate with GAIL of India to develop US LNG and gas business

EDF Trading, the global energy and LNG trading arm of France's EDF, and GAIL of India have signed a memorandum of understanding jointly to acquire and develop upstream assets in North America and to be partners in securing and trading US natural gas and LNG.
