Quoddy Bay LNG, the Oklahoma-based developer proposing to construct an LNG import terminal at Pleasant Point in the US state of Maine, has submitted a filing to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in response to a data request inspired by a letter from a recently retired US Coast Guard Captain.
