Petronas moves to delist national LNG fleet owner MISC as part of overhaul operation

Malaysian energy company Petronas is to buy all the shares it doesn't already own in Malaysia International Shipping Corp. and delist the operator of 27 LNG carriers from the stock exchange to complete an overhaul of MISC, battered by the global shipping slump.
