APLNG project in Queensland is 30 percent complete on upstream and downstream

The Australia Pacific coal-seam-gas-to-LNG project in Australia involving ConocoPhillips, Sinopec and Origin Energy is now about 30 percent complete on both the upstream and downstream portions of the venture in Queensland.
