Dutch LNG insulation provider Temati secures management buy-out from Hertel

Hertel Holding BV and the shareholders and management of Temati of the Netherlands, a provider of sealants and insulation for LNG facilities and vessels, have reached an agreement on the sale of the shares of Temati to its management.
