Indian LNG terminal caught up in US Enron scandal in 2001 is finally commissioned

Gas Authority of India has finally commissioned the Dabhol LNG import terminal south of Mumbai that was partially completed in 2001, but then mothballed as it was caught up in the Enron scandal.
