Gazprom plans bidding process in 2013 for Shtokman LNG plant near Murmansk

Gazprom is preparing tender documents to hold a bidding procedure in 2013 for front-end engineering and design of the Shtokman LNG plant in the Arctic region of Russia, near the port of Murmansk.
