Sempra now aims to start construction of Cameron LNG export plant by end of 2013

Sempra Energy, the California-based US utility and LNG player, filed its permit application to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for the Cameron LNG liquefaction plant planned for Hackberry, Louisiana, on the site of an existing import terminal.
