Argentina may remain LNG spot cargo and tender buyer as Qatar agreement stalls

Argentina has yet to sign a formal sales agreement with Qatargas for the delivery of 5 million tonnes of LNG per annum for 20 years after a preliminary deal was signed almost two years ago.
