EU-Algeria loosen Sonatrach LNG contract terms

EU Competition Commissioner Neelie Kroes and Algerian Energy Minister Chabil Khelil reached an agreement on clauses dealing with territorial restrictions and profit-sharing mechanisms in natural gas and LNG supply contracts involving companies in European Union countries and Algeria's Sonatrach.
