Shell advances Qatargas 4 project for US exports

Qatar Petroleum and Royal Dutch Shell announced the incorporation of the QatarGas 4 project and a ceremony has taken place to sign over to Shell offtake from the venture for export to the US in the form of a sale and purchase agreement.
