China National Petroleum Corp., the nation's largest oil and natural gas producer and supplier, said a third storage tank was now operation at the Dalian LNG import terminal, boosting supplies of natural gas to northeast and northern China from the first regasification facility fully developed and built by the Chinese themselves.
