Suez may sell Distrigas to save Suez-GdF merger

Distrigas, the Franco-Belgian owner of the US LNG terminal at Everett, Massachusetts, may be sold to Electricte de France by energy group Suez to allow the completion of the $120 billion merger between Suez and Gaz de France.
