Excelerate still focused on LNG imports even as it plans US FLNG plant for exports

Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering held a steel-cutting ceremony for Excelerate Energy's latest LNG regasification vessel for Brazilian LNG imports, as the US company also develops a liquefaction vessel to be deployed offshore Texas for LNG exports.
