Top Japanese ministry to hold LNG talks in Tokyo and seeks power utility overhaul

The powerful Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) will hold a ministerial-level LNG conference in Tokyo on September 19 for representatives from producing and consuming countries as Japan overhauls its energy policies.
