Japan and Russia duly sign Vladivostok LNG project agreement at APEC summit

Russia and Japan duly signed their agreement to develop the Vladivostok LNG project in the Russian Far East in a ceremony at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in the port city.
