Gazprom profits plunge but it cites Sakhalin liquefaction and LNG marketing as positives

Gazprom, the world's largest natural gas producer, saw quarterly profits in its main domestic pipeline and European sales business, drop 24 percent, though offset by cited "jointly controlled entities" including the Sakhalin LNG plant in the Russian Far East.
