Dutch companies to build break bulk LNG terminal with Shell as the first customer

Royal Dutch Shell signed an agreement with energy storage giant Vopak and gas infrastructure company Gasunie to be the launching customer for an LNG break bulk terminal to facilitate small-scale distribution.
