Japanese utilities increase LNG purchases by 12 percent to make up N-power deficit

Purchases of LNG by the 10 Japanese power utilities increased by almost 12 percent in July compared with the same month a year ago as natural gas, coal and oil made up the nuclear power generating deficit.
