Cheniere gives Bechtel notice to proceed on Sabine Pass US LNG export plant

Cheniere Energy issued a full notice to proceed to US energy engineering company Bechtel to construct the first two liquefaction Trains for the Sabine Pass liquefaction plant in Louisiana to export US LNG.
