THIS WEEK: Australian carbon tax will hurt LNG industry at most challenging time

Australia has this week introduced a controversial carbon tax, one of the most stringent in the world, and affecting the cost structure of Australian LNG exporters competing in global markets, such as the newest liquefaction plant in the world, Pluto LNG (pictured right).
