Bechtel given notice to start initial work on Sabine Pass plant for US LNG exports

Cheniere, developer of the Sabine Pass US LNG export project, has carried out an internal share transaction to release funds for US engineering company Bechtel to begin initial work under the engineering, procurement and construction contract.
